The Ino-Ark Initiative is emerging platform and social innovation project aimed at building a community dedicated to exploring new ideas and models that support equitable access to meaningful employment for autistic and other neurodivergent adults. 

It also aims to help employers better understand and support neurodivergent employees in ways that reduce workplace burnout and absence while improving organizational performance, efficiency and innovation.

The initiative has international perspective, reflecting the fact that autism is a global reality crossing national and cultural boundaries.

The Ino-Ark is an emerging platform exploring innovative approaches to creating meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities for neurodivergent adults with social, intellectual, or cognitive challenges, with a particular focus on the autism spectrum disorders.

The initiative is dedicated to building strong support networks between employers, families, organizations, and researchers. Its aim is to encourage more diverse, flexible, and sustainable employment models.

Ino-Ark seeks to improve organizational effectiveness by reducing burnout and promoting a better understanding of the neurodivergent workforce. At the same time, autistic adults can achieve, supported by families and caregivers.
